Coaching Sahay Yojana 2023 For SEBC Various competitive exams are conducted for government recruitment in the state. Like Talate Mantri, Clerk, TET, GPSC, various secondary service exams etc.. Youths join coaching classes to prepare for these competitive exams. In order to get financial help to the candidates to pay the fees, the government provides assistance up to Rs.20000 under this scheme.

This government assistance is provided category wise, in which SC, ST, OBC and EWS students get assistance. Students preparing for class-1 and class-2 level examination should have completed graduation. While students preparing for class-3 level examination should have 12th pass. It is also necessary to have the prescribed passing marks.

State Govt of Class-1,2 & 3 through UPSC, GPSC, State Commission, Bank, LIC, Gaun Seva Selection Board, Zilla Panchayat Selection Board for socially and educationally backward class girl students by Department of Social Justice and Empowerment And assistance is provided by Gujarat Government for the preparation of all Central Govt recruitment exams in advance. Under this scheme, students can prepare for competitive exams by taking coaching.
Competitive Exam Coaching Assistance Scheme Eligibility
Online application for this scheme is currently to be made on the government's esamaj Kalyan Portal. In which the following eligible students will be eligible for assistance for students from socially and academically backward classes.
Student should be a native of Gujarat state.
The student should belong to socially and educationally backward class.
The benefit of this assistance will be available to the trainee student after completing the class.
Should have more than 50% marks in the educational qualification sought for recruitment.
The age of the male trainee should be maximum 35 years in the traineeship.
Age of female trainee should be maximum 40 years in the traineeship.
Candidate can avail the benefit of this scheme only once.
Competitive Examination Coaching Assistance Scheme Institute Eligibility Standards
Before any student is to be given aid, the institution itself must meet the appropriate norms. In which the organization should be registered. GST, PAN Number, Fire Safety, Attendance Sheet, Kovid Guidelines Parking, Tax etc. Aadhaar proofs should be up to date. Most of the students currently preparing are from the OBC category. So these students get relief in the coaching class fees starting getting assistance from the government.
The coaching class should be recognized under the Public Trust Act-2013 or under the Cooperative Act.
PAN card number of the coaching institute is required.
The coaching institute should have a GST number.
The coaching institute should have more than 3 years of experience.
The coaching institute must have a biometric machine to ensure the attendance of the students.
The coaching institute must be registered under Mumbai Public Trust Act-1950 and Companies Act-1956.
The coaching institute should be registered as per Shop And Establishment Act-1948.

Aadhaar card of the student
Example of caste/sub-caste of the applicant
Certificates in which percentage can be calculated including the last mark sheet of graduation passed
Proof of Residence (Any one of Electricity Bill/License/Lease Agreement/Electoral Card/Ration Card)
Income certificate
Copy of first page of Bank Passbook / Canceled Check (in applicant's name)
A photograph showing the board of the institution to which admission is sought
Regular certificate letter from the institution in which one wants to study

Complete your registration by entering the details required for registration.
Login with the ID and Password received after successful registration.
After login click on coaching assistance plan enter all the information you need about this plan and click on submit button.
